Bespoke 360imagery Virtual Tour to market completed units AND promote next stage of development

360imagery have been working with repeat developer client Tritax Big Box for many years now, this being our 7th commission for them. Back in 2018, when we first worked together, the company was called db symmetry, then renaming to Tritax Symmetry and, most recently in 2024, Tritax Big Box. There’s been a lot of 360imagery Virtual Tour re-branding!

The most recent commission was at Symmetry Park, Rugby. 360imagery were brought in to create an aerial-only 360 Virtual Tour to help market not only the 3 most-recently completed units on the scheme, but also to promote the next phase of development. We did this by overlaying the proposed 2D plan into the 360 panoramas and adding text annotations highlighting the unit sizes that will be built. All in all, a very powerful marketing tool for the client and agents that was broadcast through an email campaign and social media channels. Great multi-use of a Virtual Tour – happy clients!

Check out how Tritax Big Box has incorporated the virtual tour into the site-specific webpage on its website – and how the bespoke User Interface of the tour, designed by 360imagery using the clients’ corporate branding, seamlessly integrates the tour into the page: https://www.tritaxbigbox.co.uk/our-spaces/rugby/.

The 360imagery Virtual Tour includes:

  • Regional high-level 360 aerial panorama rendered from Google Earth – annotated with the motorway / road network.
  • 5 x 360 degree aerial panoramas.
  • Other scenes captured using eye-level and 8 metre mast low-level aerial equipment.
  • Text-based annotations throughout the tour display useful information: available unit sizes, local amenity, road network.
  • Navigation buttons, help screen, tripod cap (called the UI, or User Interface) all designed around the development identity, logo & colour sway.
  • Virtual tour published in HTML5 for viewing on all current platforms, iOS, Android, desktop, etc & mobile-responsive.
  • ‘White Label’, unbranded service available.
