Third Visit to Update 360imagery Virtual Tour of Butterfield Business Park, Luton, for Repeat Client HBD as Site Develops
360imagery has been working together with repeat client HBD (formerly Henry Boot Developments) for a number of years now, and Butterfield Business Park in Luton is one of three separate projects with them during 2024. Stuart first visited this site back in 2019 to capture a stunning full 360 virtual tour of the newly-completed Quad development within the Park. This, his third visit to the site, was to reshoot and update the aerial virtual tour as the Park has developed.
A 360imagery virtual tour is the perfect marketing medium when it comes to projects like this – the tour can easily be added to any time, as building and plans progress, and also the interactivity of a tour means additional features and technologies can be included to keep the virtual tour exciting and fresh! With Stuart’s wealth of experience in shooting virtual tours and photography of sheds/warehouses and logistics over the last 16+ years, combined with his background as a Chartered Surveyor, he has the skills and passion to really make your project stand out and be ahead of the game.
This may look like a very straightforward commission – 9 x aerial 360s captured from up to 400 ft. However, the magic really happens back in the studio when not only does Stuart design the User Interface around both the client and development branding, but you’ll also see here he has cleverly superimposed the site plan drawings of the next phases of development into the aerial shots. This means potential occupiers can easily see what space remains available to be built, allowing for D&B (design & build) opportunities – it perfectly highlights the remaining available plots on the Park.
Also note the Gallery feature enabling the viewer to look at photos of the finished units within the tour – to view these, click on the round orange ‘photo’ logos withing the scenes and this will open up the photography galleries.

As with all our virtual tours, this example can be viewed on mobile devices using the gyroscope feature to look around (smartphones and tablets) and even in virtual reality (VR) using Google Cardboard VR viewers or Oculus Go. The tours work cross-platform on iOS, Android and PC / Mac and are also mobile-responsive.
