This commission for GLP is all about the statistics! 4 x huge warehouse logistics units photographed on the same day at Magna Park Lutterworth – totalling over a whopping 1.5 million sq ft!

We’ve been working with GLP for over 10 years now (when previously Gazeley) and I’ve lost count of the number of schemes I’ve captured in 360 for them!

This example here is MPN 761 – a massive 761,000 sq ft cross-docked logistics unit. As usual, I was commissioned to capture an aerial & ground-based virtual tour of the completed new unit. Fun “factoids”: It took me over 7.5 hours on site to capture all 4 buildings (including MPS 187, MPS10 and MPS11) 9.5 miles and 34,000 steps!

Not a single amend from the client, marketing agency or agents! When it comes to virtual tours for logistics / warehouse property, 360imagery are the experts!

The tour includes:

Regional high-level 360 aerial panorama rendered from Google Earth – annotated with the motorway / road network.
4 x 360 degree aerial panoramas.
Over 300 panorama scenes captured using eye-level and 8 metre mast low-level aerial equipment.
Animated hotspots within the scenes allow you to take a ‘virtual walk’ around the site and buildings.
Text-based annotations throughout the tour display useful information: unit size, eaves height, floor areas, etc.
Navigation buttons, help screen, tripod cap (called the UI, or User Interface) all designed around the development identity, logo & colour sway.
HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography evens the lightest and darkest areas of the image, so you won’t see ‘blown out’ windows or loss of detail.
Virtual tour published in HTML5 for viewing on all current platforms, iOS, Android, desktop, etc & mobile-responsive.
‘White Label’, unbranded service available.
