2017 reshoot from one of our most ambitious commissions to date: shooting complex, interactive virtual tours of 25 cars in 4 days for Renault, Nissan & Dacia. We met Renault at a trade exhibition and they asked us to tender for the exciting project. We won the tender, and set about organising a “drive in” studio. Over the course of the 4-day shoot we shot 6,000 RAW images totalling 34Gb of data and nearly 2,000 high-resolution images had to be ‘clipped’ (background removed) by hand in post-production.

- Unique, bespoke graphic user interface (GUI) allows you to look all around inside the car and also, by clicking on icons by the door handles, look all around the outside the car.
- Stunning, high-definition, high-resolution photography.

- Navigation buttons, help screen, tripod cap (called the GUI, or Graphic User Interface) all designed around the client corporate identity, logo & colour sway.
- Virtual tour published in HTML5 so is browser driven (no need for plugin downloads like Flash). Optimised for viewing on all current platforms, desktop, iOS, Android, etc.
- HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography technique evens the lightest and darkest areas of the scene, so you won’t see ‘blown out’ windows or loss of detail.
